Please help my family have all our KEY Legal Identity back withheld for Five years plus, by a Local business - Removal Company.

eg Passports and Birth certificates etc etc

Also withholding all precious Family Photograph Albums of all our loved ones and ourselves.
Private letters Correspondance,
1962 highly confidental Sensitive Childhood Rape court court case file.
Medical records, Medical MRI Scans.
Voice and Vision of a loved one (DVD/VHS Tapes) WW2 Veterans Medals, Jewellery (Wedding ring of grandparent) (List not exhaustive)

We submit This is breaching our rights not to be Discriminated against in our enjoyment of our right to Article 14 European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and our right to a Family Life Article 8 (ECHR)
