Because it's a waste of resources and money and none of the students have asked for it- considering they will be the affected group, it makes no sense to pass something they can't vote on. Some students can't do English or Maths because of genuine problems like dyslexia and are disadvantaged, introducing this system of education is aiming to weed out those bad at English and Maths in an ableist way. Preventing those good at other subjects from thriving in careers. These new changes aren't wanted
