Closed Create a return scheme for HS2 compulsory purchased properties and land

Compulsory purchased properties and land should be returned to original owners if they want them. The scheme should put people and businesses who use it into a cost neutral position, with buildings and land reinstated as it was before the compulsory purchase, if necessary.

Take responsibility for the mental and physical pain that has been caused to those that live on the former HS2 route Northern Leg.
