I would like to request that upon receiving an offer on your property it should be the law that this process is completed in 6 weeks and there has to be exceptional reasons for pulling out of the sale. as in other countries, Australia France and even Scotland have better protection for buyers and sellers than we do. It has just become a very costly and stressful experience!
