Rejected petition Ban All Women Shortlists

All women short lists in political elections and in job vacancies should be banned.
If a woman is the best candidate for the role then she should win that job on merit, not by possibly being the best of a bad bunch.

Otherwise where do we stop in our attempt to get different groups of people into certain roles.

All black short lists...
All homosexual short lists...
All disabled short lists...
All ginger haired short lists............
