Decrease APD as it is damaging to the economy, UK airlines, UK businesses and British airports. It is also unfair to British holidaymakers.
Many Brits travel to airports in France, Germany and Holland to catch flights as the taxes there are much lower.
Pay for the deductions by taxing transfer passengers and introducing per plane taxes
