Make ALL car insurance policies ANY driver i.e.
everybody can drive under permission of the owner
and when he holds license to drive the car and is not under influence of drugs/alcohol.

Now You need add every driver to the policy which costs hefty money and have additional disadvantages i.e. you can not share driving on long routes with your workmate or aomebody from family. this creates safety hazard too.

Moreover, when anybody else is driving comprehensive cover (which you paid for!!!) becames third party - this is a JOKE.

Also stipulate that in case of write-off value used for quotation and PAID FOR is payed in FULL, NOT value estimated (as low as possible) by insurer.
