Rejected petition Only allow fireworks at organised displays

I believe that fireworks should be made silent or used only for organised displays

Fireworks are loud and scary for so many people like the elderly, anyone with PTSD and young children just to name a few.
Many pets are very scared of them and the wildlife, horses, cattle ect.
Time restrictions have never worked so it’s time they were silenced or for organised displays only
