Closed Scrap the dcpc as it's offers no value for money or time spent on it

I believe the eu directive for the dcpc has been misunderstood by the department for transport,it offers no value for money or time spent and has no pass or fail option as a real qualification would.The department for transport is forcing this 35 hour course onto the haulage industry which will cause financial burden on already overburdened hauliers and drivers alike,which i believe will lead to job losses or already qualified drivers with a wealth of experience leaving the haulage industry.
