People who harm vunrable baby's should be given maximum punishment! From minor assaults to more serious offences. The culpabilty is off the scale for any adult to harm a child in such away. A baby is very fragile and every person on the planet knows this so the minute you cause harm to a baby is the minute you put yourself in a situation where you could cause serious harm, damage or even death! Someone who Harms a baby is behond help and to protect baby's in future the culprit should be on a register for life aswel as maximum punishment
