Fathers that are stopped by the mother to see their children for no reason can't get any help,the option is to pay out on fees for court,then the mother demands maintenance pay and its more when the father does not have access,even if the father was never sure the child was his can't even get help for a preternaty test,they have to pay also. Its wrong so many father's don't bother and then the ones who want to be good father's can't its not fair.I'm a single mum so I'm not saying because I'm one that needs help. I know right from wrong!
