We call upon the UK Government: To take all necessary steps, to ensure that: Anyone taking part in any such Government authorised, Crime Advice service; will be legally protected against any criminal or civil prosecution, for refusing to disclose any details; about the caller or the crime, to any outside body, including the police or any past or intended victims of the crime.
