Petition Higsons Campaign to Increase motorway speed limit trial

In other country's such as Germany they have their autobahn which is used by their high performance cars which people don't mind paying a premium for which helps car manufactures and the economy grow, I am wanting an increase on the motorway speed limit a trial unrestricted speed limit in certain area's on certain motorways and in return have harsh penalties in area's of normal rural areas for people that speed,

By implementing this trial we will attract tourism with their performance cars, We will have more investments into our car manufacturers and keep are car industry growing and give people a time and a place for their performance cars also increasing HGV transportation times,
