To allow British adult citizens immediate access to Medicinal grade cannabis (ie Bedrocan, Sativex, Nabilone etc) to alleviate symptoms if recommended by a GP.
This would include access to regulated medicinal grade cannabis and the allowance of up to six plants to be allowed to be produced at home for personal medical use with absolutely no criminal penalties/charges or fines.
