Petition Institute a right to privacy

More details

As more houses are being built in close proximity it is becoming more important to be allowed to maintain a right to privacy.

I would propose that it becomes a planning requirement that privacy is considered in planning regulations, and that neighbours have a method to request the removal of items that infringe privacy

This should cover all areas where privacy can be infringed, i.e. ;

1) Removal of fences, walls or fedges
2) Location of windows in extensions
3) Positioning of large permanent garden equipment such as trampolines (not by planning law, but a neighbour should have a method to request removal)
