Rejected petition Children Sitting and Standing Inside Supermarket Trollies

I wish it to be against health and safety laws that children should not sit or stand in the food areas of the trollies and should only sit in the designated child seat of a trolley.
Shoes and other dirty parts of the childs anatomy are contanimating the food area of the trollies which shoppers then place their edible items .
I wish the Government to impose on the spot fines.
