Closed abolish motorcyle road tax

Motorcycles take up less space on the roads as well as reduce parking demands, would reduce congestion on the roads. Motorcycles use less resources in there build and also with day to day consuption. Motorcycles have the ability to be more fuel efficient. Why are cars such as the smart tax free when bikes over 350cc have to pay over £70 a year.Motorcycles should have the same consideration that small engined cars have.
