I want this to new law to be stopped,many parents dont have any contact with each other,some dont know where the other lives,some refuse to pay maintenance ,lots of single parents wont get any payment now,the child will suffer,and the government will be making more money out of all single parents who need all the money to be given to them as its their right,why give free school meals to every child whether they are rich,or poor,i want the gov,to go and ask all those parents who have had problems with their childs parent instead of just changing this,if this is a way of making money from the poor again it will create more child poverty,
