Petition Ban use of schools for polling stations
More details
As we have so many unused council buildings, community venues, libraries, sports centre halls, churches & associated buildings there is no need at all to continue costing the economy millions by closing schools for use as polling stations
At the moment we can be fined for taking our children out of school during term time because their education is deemed so vital so where is the sense in closing for a polling day?
