With the likelihood of the Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Bill becoming law in Scotland I would like a pledge from the UK government that should Scotland not become independent that these ridiculous laws regarding the licensing of airguns will not be applied to the rest of the UK.

Law abiding subjects do not deserve to be punished for what a criminal would do anyway. Current legislation is sufficient and further legislation will not act as any more of a deterrent than what is currently on offer.
