Petition fines for non road tax, insurance, mot or license

Currently the legal deterants and fines are not working in regards to illegal drivers, wether they are uninsured, unlicenced, no mot or especialy disqualified from driving.

This is simply and purely a case of because IF they get caught the fines etc are going to cost them a Lot less than if they paid out for tax, mot and insurance etc.

In the case of an accident the results even if there is no injuries still ends up costing LEGAL motorists money for what is usualy not their faullt.
THE one deterrant that does work on anyone is finacial, so with that in mind, work out what the average yearly running costs (excluding fuel/oil) is Ie cost of licence, Tax, Mot, Insurance and triple it and use that as a fine, ie you get caught with no tax, mot or insurance you end up paying as a fine the equivalent of triple what it would have cost if you had actualy gone and gotten all of the above.
Similar to if you pay your taxes late, HMRC collects more than what would have originaly been owed.
