Equity Release mortgage for over 55,s to help people in retirement , gov approved, if your house is owned by yourself and no mortgage outstanding and has a value of £100,000 you can release up to 25% ie £25,000 by way of equity release , you can take the money in a lump sum or what ever amount you require every 3 months , interest 4.75%yearly, a valueation fee £400 will be payable and a arrangement fee of £600 and legal fees of £500 payable min advance £25k to £350k max, after 3 years you can sell your house if you wish and NO exit fees for this plan will be payable
