My 13 month old son was turned away from an NHS doctors in Biggleswade Beds, because he was not a registered patient, and the receptionist couldn't be bothered to deal with the paper work!!
He had a badly cut open eye brow, that was pouring with blood, I took him to the doctors because it was close and thought he would be seen .. Instead we were turned away.
Please sign this petition, so I can collect signatures forward, to stop this happening to any other unregistered baby/child!
