Petition Make it so you only have to do one CBT in your life time

I would like the government to consider allowing people who do their compulsory basic training (CBT) on a motorbike to only have to do it once not every 2 years.

I want the government to do this because I don't think it is fair to expect people to keep paying out for compulsory bike training when they have already done it. The CBT is to make sure you are safe and know the rules of the road. I believe once you have done it once and passed that should make it so it lasts for life as you have completed it.
