Petition asking for the lowering from 24 to 20 weeks at which abortion can take place for personal reasons. Due to the advancements in medicine, a baby born at 21 weeks can survive. There are now a high number of 24 week old premature babies surviving. It shouldn't be legal that a mother can terminate her pregnancy later than the time at which a fetus can survive.
