Closed STOP THE CLOSURE OF WARD 4 & HOSPITAL DAY CENTRE FOR ALZHEIMERS/DEMENTIA PATIENTS AT COALVILLE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL

To stop the closure of the Coalville Community Hospital Day Centre for patients with Alzheimer's/Dementia which has been held at the hospital for 25 years. They are also planning to close Ward 4 which in all the 25 years has been used for Alzheimer/Dementia. Why do we have a Community Hospital, surely this is for our Community that we live in and surrounding areas and yet they want us to travel to Leicester. The Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust need to take into account what the people of Coalville & surrounding areas want and thats to Keep Ward 4 and the Day Centre open for the purpose it has been used for and thats for the Alzheimers/Dementia suffers in our Community.
