The healthcare system in Britian has been in decline for many years now and needs a thorough shake up. National training guidelines and initiatives should be implemented to give across the board high standards of care training for all staff (State Healthcare Certificate), equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to provide top quality care to those in need of our support as the current model clearly is part of broken Britain.
