Many property management companies in the United Kingdom charge excessive charges in addition to the property owner/tenant paying full council tax they are also liable to pay an extensive charge for the management of the estate around them. Stop house builders taking on huge companies and bring back local management of the estates. Reduce the amount of council tax where these companies are in residence.
