Don't allow private hire vehicles to refuse short journeys, so people in need to get home are not left stranded.

Multiple times I’ve been left waiting because of cancelled private hire vehicles, due to drivers cancelling. I’ve had conversations with drivers over this issue, and with the ongoing emphasis on female safety I believe this is a highly topical issue.
