Rejected petition new drivers

Just watching an article on itv news about young drivers and fatalities in car accidents after passing their driving test, its quite simple, restrict any new driver for 2 years to a bog standard unmodded maybe even restricted 1.0 car, same as you do with a motorcycle, just because you've passed your test dosnt make you a good driver, experience does !!!
