Petition OVER 55 RETIRED, FINANCIAL HELP

Sir, I want the goverment to allow Brittish people aged 55 and over to have help with there retirement income by opening up a government backed house equity release plan, this will allow our older citizens financial comfort in there old age example if a house is valued at £200,000 and no monies are outstanding on the property , up to 25% ie £ 50,000 in either a lump sum or monthly allowance can be taken the interest rate is 4.5% yearly and roles up yearly with the wright to pay back 10%of the money each year if you wish to after 3 years no exit fees this will help the over 55s in there retirement plans
