We propose a referendum on a new voting system: Proportional Representation.
Polls have shown that the majority of the country want a change to PR. Is it not the Governments purpose to listen to the people and respect their opinion?
The majority of countries in Europe have some form of Proportional voting system in place. Do they know something we don't?
