Not to charge tolls to use an existing bridge. The Runcorn Bridge, also known as The Silver Jubilee Bridge has never been tolled but the government insist that once the new bridge is built in 2017 then the old existing bridge must also be tolled. An existing bridge has never been tolled in Britain before and we cannot see why this one should be.
