We believe the Government should launch an inquiry into the culture within maternity services, including whether there is adequate support and protection in place for midwives, nurses and support workers who experience bullying and/or false allegations.

We believe there needs to be better support and protection to encourage staff that are unfairly treated to remain in the profession.
