Closed Housing Benefit Should Be Allowed To Be Use For 100% mortgages

Rather than tax payer money continually being paid for rent it would be better to use the money to allow those who may not be working to get 100% mortgages and use the money to purchase a single property. Once the property has been purchased the housing benefit will stop reducing tax payers burden and removing large amounts of people from poverty and increasing the housing market and reducing the local councils requirement to build new council houses.
