If the government can bail out the banks let the government bail out the people if all uk born persons of 18 and over where given a bank transfer of £50000 each then everyone will have money to spend and kick start the economy.
However to work strict laws to freeze prices on all goods and services must be implicated to stop the greedy getting greedier.
The money can go to day to day living, business start up, house purchase but must be spend in the uk.
Everyone will then have a fighting chance of making something out of themselves and having the finance to invest.
