Donovan has had his application to remain to stay denied based on the fact he believed South Africa to be a primarily English speaking country, which the UK does not recognise to be the case.
He also was not advised to take an English language test which he is now told was a requirement.
Please let him rectify these errors without deportation.
He is a standup member of the community.
