Rejected petition Remove innocent peoples arrest records from the Police National Database

Since 2006 people arrested but later released without charge still remain on the Police National Database. This causes unnecessary stress on the innocent person arrested. This also affects their chance of a career and visa to certain countries simply due to the fact they have been arrested.
