Petition Fund training of more driving instructors and free driving lessons

I think the Government should fund the training of more driving instructors, then a free block of driving lessons for all 17 year olds in full-time education.

More details

I believe this will make more young people more likely to get their licence, get more young people driving and then more able to get jobs.
