Closed Make it a legal obligation for the Csa money to be spend on the child

Make the respondent of CSA money to be legally obliged to spend the money on the child/children. This can be simply done with a CSA parent card where the money's received are put onto a card which cannot be used for cash withdrawals. A online viewing platform where both parents and the CSA themselves can see where the money is being spent. This should prevent the respondent parent spending the money on themselves.
