We, the people of the United Kingdom are petitioning for the right to choose as to whether or not we should be part of the Constitution of the European Union. We request that we are given the opportunity to vote for this choice in an In / Out Referendum before the 1st November 2014, when the Rights of our Parliament will become not effective. The people of this Country have been duped into thinking that P.M. David Cameron will be able to re negotiate area's of the constitution, however, this is clearly not the case now.
