Petition Remove partial immunity from civil liability for vaccines supplied in emergency

Revoke the legislation that provides partial immunity from civil liability for vaccines supplied under emergency authorisation, for all vaccines manufacturers. This should include all companies which manufactured vaccines for Covid-19 (coronavirus).

We believe this is necessary to ensure ownership and responsibility from all vaccine manufacturers and all those involved in such a process to foster in an ethos of accountability. Removing this legislation should better enable people to take legal action against manufacturers in the event of adverse side-effects, including death.
