Each year more and more people take their life because of bullies, this should be made a criminal offence.

The government should introduce the Youth Justice Bill 2014, making it an offence when someone bullies another and the victim takes their life because of the bullying.

Section 1 should create the offence stating that, `A person is guilty of an offence when he causes a victim of physical, mental or emotional bullying to commit suicide, where he intended or was reckless to causing the bullying`

Section 2 shall state that bullying is anything where the victim feels intimated, scared or depressed through the behaviour of the bully

Section 3 shall make it a life time sentence imprisonment with a minimum of 20 years imprisonment where they are not allowed on licence
