Sometimes, the bus or carriage of train or underground vehicle is particularly empty. Require public transport operators to allow bikes inside buses and carriages/cars of the train including underground, as long as the number of passengers is no more than five.

When the passenger with the bike is making that number of passengers more than five, they should have to leave the vehicle.
