Petition Cyclists must follow the same rules as cars when using the road.
More details
Cyclists in London want roads adapted to help them and keep them safe but they aren't paying for it.
Cars, vans, lorries etc all pay road tax but cyclists don't, yet they want road changes?
Cyclists should pay road tax and have a high-visibility jacket on at all times, have a number plate, lights, all the things that cars have to keep them visible and safe.
Stop the London authorities from raising the congestion charge to pay for these changes, have cyclists pay for them.
