Review Child Benefit guidelines and base it on household income not individual income. It is not reasonable that under current rules a household with 2 people earning up to £50k (£100k combined) can keep child benefit, however a household with 1 person earning over £50k lose some / all child benefit.

These guidelines need reviewed.
