Please support me with this petition - banks routinely put 08 numbers on their letters - it is important that callers from mobiles are aware they will be charged at a premium rate. A vulnerable adult close to me incurred a £43 charge for a call of 16 minutes to his bank because he was too ill to get out of bed that day to call from the land line.
