Petition Coastguard/ retained services to use green lights on emergency call

Coastguard and other retained services should be allowed to use Green lights (Similar to GPs) when attending Emergencies.

It should only be used to highlight that they are on an emergency call out. it would not allow them to break speeding laws, but it may help to show that they are on an emergency call out.

I would hope that this would help them to attend an incident in good time without major delays.
