Petition Require that cyclists have licence plates, pay road tax and have insurance

People who drive cars and motorcycles have to pay road tax and have insurance, so I think cyclists should too! They should also have licence plates.

Some cyclists have 0 road training. I've seen videos of cyclists crashing into cars where I believe it was their fault, causing damage and injuries.
