Can this country have a student exchange program because USA and Canada does had international students to study aboard from countries they come from.

I urge the government to introduce foreign exchange program so the students can visit the UK to live with the host family by not overstaying and they can wish to return to the UK in years to study at colleges or universities especially to speak English.

Also they can learn about the culture, heritage and history of the UK.
